Downtown Pittsburgh financial services company is in need of a Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Duties to include:

  • Assist with screening intern candidates
  • Assist with preparing for the summer internship program
  • Work on miscellaneous job postings
  • Source candidates
  • Conducting reference checks for interns and entry level positions

Requirements:

· Effective interpersonal and communication skills

· Experience in a professional work setting

· Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)

· Ability to multitask, take direction and handle a heavy workload

· Detailed oriented

· Experience in a corporate HR department is preferred

· Experience with entry level recruiting is preferred

**This is a 3-6 months assignment with possible hire at the end.**
