Downtown Pittsburgh investment services group is in need of a Sr. Administrative Assistant. This is a hybrid schedule…3 days/wk in the office.

Duties to include:

· Scheduling and managing meetings and calendars for 4 managers

· Supporting the BISD personnel based out of the FHI Tower on the 21st and 22nd floors and maintaining supplies

· Coordinating travel and other events

· Answering phones and other activities and assignments as needed.

· Acting as scribe to BISD operational meetings (ITPGB, Project Focus, Staff and Director meetings)

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree preferred

· Five to seven years of experience as an administrative assistant

· Professional verbal and written communication skills

· Excellent Problem solving

· Strong organizational and multitasking skills

· Proficient MSOffice skills

· Practical experience with the MS Office suite of apps

NOTE: This is a 3-6 month assignment with possibility of hire.
