Downtown Pittsburgh financial services group is in need of a capable Administrative Support candidate within their Community Development department.

Duties to include:

·         Assist with preliminary review processes

·         Data entry/validation

·         Document and report preparation

·         Scheduling and calendar support

·         Basic bookkeeping

·         Answer calls in providing client support

Requirements:

·         Proficient MSOffice skills (heavy Excel usage)

·         Strong organizational and multitasking skills

·         Professional verbal and written communication skills

·         Ability to work independently at times

·         Team player willing to help when/where needed

NOTE:  Any background related to Affordable Housing and/or Community Development is a plus.
