Pittsburgh based financial group is in need of an experienced candidate for the role of Grant Program Contractor for one of their upcoming development projects.
Primary duties:
- Complete training on relevant programs as provided by management
- Assist in the review of grant applications for the project
- Organize and review materials required for reporting and grant draw requests
- Review real estate transaction documents from internal and external parties including, but not limited to, mortgage documents, deed restrictions, zoning documentation, site control documents, environmental assessments
- Follow organized process flows and procedures across multiple functions
- Prepare electronic files and documents
- Complete given tasks accurately and timely
- Responsible for transaction analysis, income and other qualification determinations, reporting and file management related to the programs
- Performs related internal and external research and data analysis
- Utilize, validate, run reports, and input data into online grant application system and other internal systems
- Communicate effectively with team members and program applicants
- Support other functions of the department, including administrative
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word) and prior experience using complex online systems for workflow processing
- Ability to learn and manage multiple priorities and multiple complex workflows
- Ability to work on multi-program functions
- Team player with ability to work independently as needed
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Small business and/or commercial lending experience preferred
- Familiarity with reviewing documents related to real estate transactions, zoning permits, environmental reports, market studies, pro-formas, housing developer financial reports, rent rolls, income analysis or loan underwriting is preferred
