Downtown Pittsburgh financial services group is in need of a capable Admin/Office support candidate.  This is a hybrid position.

Duties to include:

  • Data entry of financial info
  • Payment processing
  • Validation of payments
  • Filing payment support
  • Complete vendor payments via credit card as needed
  • Expense report review as needed
  • Projects as needed


  • Strong data entry with excellent accuracy
  • Good customer service for external client and internal employee contact
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong organization skills
  • Oracle experience is preferred
  • Must be detail oriented
  • One year of business experience
