Pittsburgh area financial services group is in of administrative support within their Corporate Risk Group department.  

Duties to include:

·         Performs general administrative duties such as word processing, developing and maintaining spreadsheets and databases, filing, copying, opening and distributing mail, making travel arrangements, and providing telephone support; compose correspondence; prepare and handle the processing of purchase orders.

·         Serves as the administrator for the annual and mid-year department examination which includes coordinating and posting all requested documentation by the required due date, scheduling meetings, requesting user and physical access as needed, and addressing/coordinating the resolution of administrative concerns of the team.

·         Provides routine support as well as organize and coordinate scheduling, agendas, and materials for meetings and conferences, especially meetings pertaining to the Risk Management Committee and Community Investment Committee.

·         Supports Corporate Risk initiatives by coordinating data requests, signoffs and policy updates from various departments


·         Excellent computer software skills such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, QuickBooks  

·         Basic project management skills

·         Highly organized, detailed oriented, takes initiative, prioritizes assignments and work with minimal supervision

·         Professional verbal and written communication skills

·         Team player willing to help when and where needed

·         Previous experience within a financial services setting is a plus
