Duties:

·         Scheduling and calendar management

·         Preparation of correspondence, reports and spreadsheets

·         Making travel arrangements

·         Assisting with various projects

·         A variety of related admin and general office support duties

Requirements:

·         5+ years of like administrative support experience

·         Professional verbal and written communication skills

·         Proficient MSOffice skills

·         Strong organizational and multitasking skills

·         Ability to meet deadlines in a faster paced office
