Downtown Pittsburgh financial services group is in need of an excellent administrative support candidate.

Duties to include:

  • Total management of front office
  • Answer incoming calls and distribute accordingly
  • Preparation of basic correspondence and spreadsheets
  • Calendar/schedule management
  • Assist with various projects as needed
  • A variety of related general office support duties


  • Professional, welcoming and friendly
  • Proficient MSOffice skills
  • Can work in fast pace environment and act with sense of urgency
  • Able to complete general office support tasks to include: ordering product we are running low on or out of stock on via current online order profiles; replenish printer paper; review calendars and update templates based on meetings scheduled
  • Willing to learn new things and transition more work.
