Downtown Pittsburgh law firm is in need of a professional candidate for their Receptionist/Admin Assistant position.
Duties to include:
- Answer incoming calls and distribute accordingly
- Preparation of basic correspondence and spreadsheets
- Calendar/schedule management
- Assist with various projects as needed
- A variety of related general office support duties
Requirements:
- Previous like admin support experience
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient MSOffice skills
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Independent worker who can also work as part of a team
