Well established downtown law firm is in need of a capable Office Assistant. Priorities are professional presentation and customer service skills.

Duties:

  • Hospitality services such as ordering and setting up luncheons
  • Coordinating conference room reservations
  • Backup to the receptionist
  • Scheduling
  • General clerical/administrative tasks
  • Assisting with keeping kitchens stocked w/paper products

Requirements:

  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proficient MSWord and Outlook skills
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
