Duties:
- Hospitality services such as ordering and setting up luncheons
- Coordinating conference room reservations
- Backup to the receptionist
- Scheduling
- General clerical/administrative tasks
- Assisting with keeping kitchens stocked w/paper products
Requirements:
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient MSWord and Outlook skills
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
