Growing Pittsburgh area professional services group is in need of an experienced Office Administrator.  The selected candidate will be in charge of the organization and efficiency of daily firm operations including project management, H.R., recruiting and IT.

Duties to include:

·        Manage effective communication both internally and externally

·        Manage vendors, services, resources including IT and H.R.

·        Document, spreadsheet and presentation preparation

Requirements:

·        5+ years of related Office Administrator/Manager experience

·        Effective verbal and written communication skills

·        Proficient MSOffice skills with ability to learn new software

·        Excellent attention to details

·        Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize
