Downtown Pittsburgh company in need of an Administrative/Office Support candidate.   

Duties to include:

·         Answers telephone calls, assist caller, transfer calls

·         Scanning, naming and filing mail into appropriate folders within 24 hours

·         Process and file emails into appropriate folders  

·         Assists with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, faxing, filing and collating, FedEx mailings.

·         Document prep; preparing PowerPoint presentations as needed.

·         Prepare staff meeting agenda and meeting notes

·         Organize staff  daily status on a weekly basis

·         Handle any extra projects as they come up throughout the day


·         Previous like administrative/office support experience

·         Detail oriented, highly organized, and ability to multi- task

·         Confidentiality and a high degree of professionalism

·         Professional communication

·         Proficient MSOffice skills

·         Customer/Client Focus
