Pittsburgh area financial management group is in need of an (financial) Account Services Manager. The selected candidate will facilitate all aspects of account services and while being responsible for maintaining electronic files for all account holders and maintaining/developing positive relationships with account holders and other significant persons related to the Foundation.
Duties to include:
o Serve and act on behalf of Executive Director when communicating with account holders.
o Finalize documentation for new accounts, maintain electronic filing system.
o Provide assistance to account holders updating their documentation.
o Serve as the primary contact for account holders with questions related to income distributions, asset allocation of Foundation Funds, stock transfers, and other account related questions.
o Process withdrawals and deposits using workflows that support internal controls.
o Interpret financial and account statements to depositors
o Prepare and distribution quarterly and annual investment statements
o Administrative services related to trust and annuity accounts
o Assist account holders in establishing guidelines and procedures for account administration
o Provide oversight of updating account holder information as necessary
Requirements:
o Bachelors degree
o 5+ years of like financial/accounting administrative support experience
o Professional verbal and written communication skills
o Proficient MSOffice skills
o The ability to develop and maintain interpersonal relationships with various individuals, stakeholders, and constituents
o Excellent organizational skills
o Team player who values collaboration
