Pittsburgh area financial services group is in need of an Exec Assistant within their Human Resources department. 

Duties to include:

  •  Performs general administrative duties such as word processing, filing, copying, supply ordering
  • Mail distribution, making travel arrangements, recording meeting minutes, composing correspondence, creating standard and ad hoc reports and spreadsheets, and providing departmental telephone support.
  • Creates PowerPoint presentations and spreadsheets, which may include confidential and sensitive information.
  • Processes invoices and expense reports.
  • Maintains scheduling and calendar coordination for the Chief Human Resources Officer 


  • Excellent computer software skills such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills       
  • Able to collect, compile and analyze data, with a high level of accuracy.                                 
  • Highly organized, detailed oriented, takes initiative, prioritizes assignments and work with minimal supervision.
