Downtown Pittsburgh consulting firm is in need of administrative support within a growing department of their offices. The selected candidate will work closely with Client Support Specialists to ensure that clients’ needs are met.

Duties to include:

· Work with Client Support Specialists to handle certain daily tasks for employer groups.

· Manage and update internal client database & management system

· Process new applications and forms accurately & efficiently

· Assist other consultants and Customer Support Specialists as

· All other duties as assigned


· Proficient MSOffice skills with ability to learn company specific software

· Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills

· Professional verbal and written communication skills

· Team player willing to assist where and when needed

· Genuine interest in providing top notch service to clients and internal staff
