Downtown Pittsburgh accounting group is in need of an experienced Administrative Support team member.  

Responsibilities:

·         Creating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets and managing/storing electronic files

·         Generate memos, emails and reports when appropriate – which requires excellent proof reading

·         Ability to organize and manage documents, which includes sorting, filing, and updates as directed

·         Responsible for routine maintenance of office equipment – i.e., copier, shredder, etc.

·         Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and order items

·         Maintaining schedule of staff, independent consultants and interns

·         Effectively interact with team members, clients, and other stakeholders

·         Provide support on client projects – this includes tracking client requests

·         Answering phones & scheduling appointments

·         Processing company/client payroll and invoices

·         Administer rental property activities – i.e. payments, receipts, invoices, checks, and other activities

·         Updating Social Media and other client/stakeholder outreach activity

·         Ability to work onsite/offsite to meet the needs of clients

·         Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
·         Must possess at least a two-year degree or certificate from qualified trade school

·         Must have administrative experience

·         Some QuickBooks experience (plus)

·         Must be proficient with MSOffice programs to include Word, Excel and PowerPoint

·         Professional verbal and written communication skills

·         Team player with the ability to multi-task

·         Detail-oriented and highly organized
