Duties:

  • Answer incoming calls
  • Scheduling / calendar management
  • Online bill paying
  • Preparation of basic correspondence and reports
  • A variety of related basic clerical and office support duties

Requirements:

  • Previous like office support experience
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient MSWord skills with ability to learn new software as needed
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
