Duties:
- Answer incoming calls
- Scheduling / calendar management
- Online bill paying
- Preparation of basic correspondence and reports
- A variety of related basic clerical and office support duties
Requirements:
- Previous like office support experience
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient MSWord skills with ability to learn new software as needed
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Team player willing to pitch in where needed
