Downtown Pittsburgh financial services group needs an experienced Administrative Associate. The selected candidate will support a Lead Financial Advisor with a variety of administrative, clerical and project-related duties while providing professional service to the current client base.

Requirements:

· Previous like administrative support experience

· Professional verbal and written communication skills

· Proficient MSOffice skills a must; working knowledge of Salesforce a plus

· Ability to learn new software as required

· Strong organizational skills and multitasking skills

· Like experience in the financial services industry strongly preferred
