Downtown Pittsburgh financial services group is in need of an experience Administrative Assistant to support executive staff.
Duties to include:
- Prepare business correspondence, spreadsheets and confidential memoranda
- Scheduling and calendar management
- Work as part of a team on special projects
- Organize complex activities including meetings, travel and other activities
- Collect information and compiles various reports
- Process business expenses
- Assist other staff with various projects as needed
Requirements:
- 5 + years of like support within a financial services (banking, brokerage) is required
- Proficient MSOffice skills with ability to learn new software as needed
- Professional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to accurately meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Associates degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
