Downtown Pittsburgh financial services group is in need of an experience Administrative Assistant to support executive staff.  

Duties to include: 

  • Prepare business correspondence, spreadsheets and confidential memoranda
  • Scheduling and calendar management
  • Work as part of a team on special projects
  • Organize complex activities including meetings, travel and other activities  
  • Collect information and compiles various reports
  • Process business expenses  
  • Assist other staff with various projects as needed 

Requirements: 

  • 5 + years of like support within a financial services (banking, brokerage) is required
  • Proficient MSOffice skills with ability to learn new software as needed
  • Professional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to accurately meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment  
  • Associates degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
