Pittsburgh area law firm is in need of an experienced Administrative Assistant.

***Legal experience is NOT required.

Duties to include:

· Calendar / schedule management

· Document, spreadsheet and presentation creation

· Work as a proactive member of staff as it relates to sharing ideas

· Maintain an online shareable database

· Assist with various projects and in support of departments as neededd


· 3-5 years of like administrative support experience

· Professional verbal and written communication skills

· Proficient MSOffice skills

· Excellent organizational, multitasking and time management skills

· Must be able to be productive working both independently and as part of a team
