Pittsburgh area charter school is in need of an Administrative Assistant to the Educational Program Coordinator.
Duties to include:
· Heavy management of electronic files and related documentation
· Perform duties in support of the department-telephone/email correspondence, filing, mail metering, etc.
· Coordinate program information with parents, staff, school districts and IUs.
· Prepare department roster, calendar, teacher/ therapist schedules, and docs for staff.
· Assist in the planning and preparation of departmental events.
Requirements:
· Associate’s degree; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
· Must possess skills for efficient office management.
· Use of computers with experience in a variety of software such as Microsoft Windows and Office 365 is essential.
