Pittsburgh (Oakland area) real estate company in need of an experienced Administrative Assistant.

Duties to include:

  • Manages front office and related duties
  • Scheduling and calendar management
  • Preparation of general correspondence, reports and spreadsheets
  • Assisting other staff and departments as needed

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of like experience
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient MSWord, Excel and Outlook skills
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Team player
