Lawrenceville area company is in need of a part-time bookkeeper.

Primary responsibilities include: 

·         Review invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment and upload to the cloud for storage

·         Maintain general-ledger data entry in QuickBooks Online and review chart of accounts to meet business goals and objectives.

·         Prepares accurate, complete, and timely weekly journal entries for all payroll-related expenses and transactions.

·         Identifies and investigates account variances and prepare variance analyses to ensure accuracy of financial information

·         Reconcile all bank accounts and credit card statements for all entities and make necessary adjustments on time.

·         Participate in monthly close and year end close processes, including detailed analysis of significant variances.

·         Maintain meticulous records of outstanding payables

·         Performs other duties as required to support the Accounting Department

·         Performs monthly reconciliation of assigned Balance Sheet accounts including credit card accounts, rent rolls management, etc.

·         Works on special projects as assigned by the Controller.

Requirements:

·         Previous like experience with proficient QuickBooks Online skills. 

·         Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills

·         Ability to meet deadlines while working independently

·         Professional verbal and written communication skills

NOTE:  Schedule is 20-24 hours per week
