Pittsburgh based insurance and financial services company is in need of an experienced Sales Assistant. The selected candidate will provide administrative support to a partner in the group along with daily interactions with the support team.
Duties to include:
· Coordination to include contacts, email distribution lists, email
· Create and maintain client and sales activity files
· Review and prepping reports
· Assist with managing pending cases
· Prepare and process applications
· Review applications, acquire signatures, additional forms.
· Get info from client as needed per direction.
· Communicate directly with advisors and clients per direction.
· Point person for case manager when client info is required.
· Assist in creating and building relationships
Requirements:
· Previous experience within the financial / insurance services strongly preferred
· Professional verbal and written communication skills
· Proficient MSOffice skills with ability to learn new (CRM) software
· Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
· Ability to meet deadlines in faster paced office
· Team player willing to assist when and where needed
· Associates degree or better is preferred
