Pittsburgh area corporation in need of candidate with professional and positive personality in the role of Employee Services Representative.

Key duties for this role include:

·         Research and respond to employee inquiries, within 24 business hours, received via multiple sources (telephone, e-mail, self-service, chat, etc.) supporting all HR Functions within the current Regional Human Resources Service Center portfolio (HRIS, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, etc.) and provide a high level of customer service to Viatris employees focused on First Call Resolution (FCR).

·         Responsible for accessing and completing transactions through multiple HR Technologies to include but not limited to account creation, password resets and troubleshooting.

·         Provide process support for establishing/maintaining records in numerous Viatris and external vendor systems (including but not limited to benefits, payroll, expense accounts, performance, HRIS).

·         Develop a working knowledge of HR policies, procedures and guidelines supporting HR

transactional activities (benefits, compensation, payroll, employee and manager direct access, expense reporting, corporate card processes, etc.)

·         Support key initiatives operated through the Regional HR Service Center (Open Enrollment, Compensation Planning, Change Management, etc.)

·         Communicate with HR Business Partners, Global HR Service Centers, Financial Shared Services, Payroll, etc. as required to research and resolve employee inquiries.

Requirements:

·         A Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources or related field and 2 to 4 years of HR or Client Service background experience required. Related experience and/or education may be considered.

·         Must possess knowledge regarding general HR Policies and Procedures.

·         Must be customer focused, quality oriented and results driven.

·         Must have ability to analyze inquiries quickly and determine if resolvable or escalation is required. Should demonstrate excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Instill trust and confidence while working with customers to overcome challenges.

·         Must have ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
